Try nearby local spots for breakfast instead of the hotel, as the options there can be quite limited.

My room was a nice size and brand-new with a superb view of the sunset. Its staff was sincere and flexible. The location was perfect and stunning, not too far from Ismael Navarro.

I was almost ready to write a glowing review until the breakfast ruined it. Who serves 3 sad pancakes without syrup? And the supposed wi-fi? It never worked. I expected at least a room upgrade for my troubles. I mean, is that too much to ask?

We ate at a nice restaurant with very tasy and authentic dishes.
Could not be improved in any way.

The staff were efficient, and the room was brand-new and huge with a hammock. The location was favourable and unbeatable - ease of access to Municipal Palace. Took a walk around city center, located not very far from the hotel.
No issues.

The shower trickled and smelled bad!!! The rooms are plain and dark, lacking character. The pool area suffers from limited loungers, and the noise from traffic is disruptive. Better attention to cleanliness in the pool is needed!!!

Recommend it for couples seeking relaxation
The view from the roof terrace is just amazing with the sunset and the free drink they offer adds a nice touch. The staff is great especially Eugenia and Fidel.
It wasn't exactly cheap but the experience was still worth it.

Lovely rooftop terrace for sunset cocktails.

The swimming pool area was great, while the friendly staff was great, even if some struggled with English. The restaurant offered fantastic food at an affordable price, with an really good shrimp burger that stood out. Cleanliness could be improved, particularly with towels that showed signs of heavy use and dirt. And more food options available at the rooftop bar during live music would enhance the overall appeal.

The sunset cocktails on the rooftop were absolute bliss, especially during happy hour, and the pool area was great for lounging with a view! There’s a lovely sun terrace and a unique garden space that made relaxing super easy. The Wi-Fi signal could be a bit spotty, but we managed just fine! 🌅

The location was great with fine views across the estuary, and the rooftop terrace was perfect for watching the sunset. Our room was cozy, with a comfortable bed, a hammock, and a lovely little balcony. The pool area was fantastic, with comfy loungers and drinks served by the pool. We also loved the emphasis on environmental preservation throughout our stay.
